摘    要:作者提供了有机氮农药双甲脒在动物组织中总残留量的气相色谱分析法,选择了在我国一般实验室可进行的简易省时之水解和提取条件。在分析条件下,方法的检出限为0.008ppm;对同一样品进行8次平行测定,其变异系数为13.1%;对兔肉样品作加标回收试验,其回收率为76.0~107.1%,平均回收率为94.9%。

Abstract:A total residue method for the analysisof Amitraz in rabbit tissue (muscle, kidneyand liver) is presented, which needs simpleapparatus and is feasible in an ordinary la-boratory. The analysis process consists of an acidhydrolysis followed by a base hydrolysis ofAmitraz to 2,4-dimethylaniline, then byextraction with isooctane and acid/base par-tition cleanup, and derivatization to theheptafluorobutyranilide followed by GC de-termination with ECD. The results found were as follows: thedetection limit was 0.008 ppm; the relativestandard deviation was 13.1% based on 8 de-terminations of the same sample; recoveryrate:76.0 to 107.1% for samples ranging from0.05 to 1.0 ppm.
