| 摘 要： | 报告３例Ⅰ型糖尿病并发尿毒症患者接受全胰十二指肠及肾一期联合移植，术后术移植胰及肾功能恢复良好，停用胰岛素后，停用胰岛素后，血肌酐、尿素氮降至正常。本组其中２例胰肾有功能存活分别为３年和２年。例３因移植肾急性排斥，多器官衰竭于术后第２２天死亡。作者认为胰肾一期联合移植可同时纠正糖尿病和尿毒症。 |

Combined kidney and pancreaticoduodenal transplantation in 3 diabetics patients with end-stage kidney disease |

| Abstract: | Combined kidney and pancreaticoduodenal transplantation in 3 cases of type Ⅰ dia-betics patients with end-stage kidney disease was performed.After operation,the pancreatic andthe renal graft regained normal function and become insulin-independent.The serum creatinineand BUN decreased to a normal level.The survival time of grafted pancreas and kidney with func-tion was 36 months and 24 months in two patients,respectively.One patient was died of multipleorgan failure and acute renal rejection 22 days after operation.It was considered that combinedpancreas-kidney transplantation could be used to treat diabetics and nephropathy. |
