西宁地区新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病58例血镁改变及意义

目的探讨西宁地区HIE(新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病)患儿血清镁离子改变及意义。方法采用美国康宁560全自动血液生化仪对符合1996年杭州会议制定的HIE诊断标准的58例HIE新生儿进行血镁测定及对照分析。结果HIE患儿的血清镁离子水平与对照组相比,轻度组差异无显著性(P>0.05);中度组差异有显著性(P<0.05);重度组差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),表明HIE越重,血镁下降越明显。单纯HIE组血镁与合并有心、肾、肺损害组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论HIE越重血清镁离子水平下降越明显,血清镁测定对诊断及治疗有指导意义。

THE CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE AND ANALYSIS OF NEONATAL HIE SERO LON OF MAGNSM IN XINING AREA

objective To discuss and understand the level of the serum magnesium in 58 cases of neonatal HIE and the clinical significance.Methods Used Kang Ning 560 automatic blood biochemoanalyzer to examine the serum magnesium in 58 cases of neonatal diagnosed as HIE.The diagnostic standards of HIE was accorded with the relevant meeting 0f HIE in 1996 at Hangzhou.Results the serum levels of magnesium in the neonatal HIE with control group were compared.the results showed that there was little difference between the control group and the mild patients(P<0.05);the moderate HIE group has very much difference compared with control group(P<0.05 and the severe group of the HIE showed strong difference as compared with the control group(P<0.01.Mild HIE group compared with complication such as heart,kidney and lung disorders,etc.showed obvious difference(P<0.05=: and compared with the control group had no obvious difference(P>0.05).Conclusion All the evidence illustrated that the worse condition of HIE patients,the lower level of serum magnesium in HIE patients.therefore,testing of clinical level of magnesium is a guild index for the treatment of HIE.
