| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨医生和毕业前心理健康状况。方法 :应用SCL 90量表对 32 0名应届毕业生进行调查。结果 :应届毕业生的心理问题发生率为 2 2 .0 3% ,SCL 90总分、各因子均分都高于国内常模 ,且躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑和敌对因子差异有显著性。女生的心理问题发生率高于男生。结论 :医学生毕业前的心理健康问题不容忽视

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the mental health of medical students before graduation. Methods: By cluster sampling, 320 medical students before graduation were assessed with SCL 90. Results: The most common mental health problem was pre-graduation sensitivity, and girls suffered more than boys did. Conclusion: Most of the medical college students are in perfect mental health conditions. Environment and sex is an improtant factor affecting the mental health of university students. |
