补肾化痰祛瘀法治疗肾虚痰瘀型轻度认知功能障碍的临床疗效观察

目的观察具有补肾化痰祛瘀功效的复方苁蓉益智胶囊治疗肾虚痰瘀型轻度认知功能障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照试验的研究方法 ,对符合轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)肾虚痰瘀型诊断标准的60例患者分组,试验组30例(复方苁蓉益智胶囊),对照组30例(安理申片),疗程为12周。并在治疗前后分别采用简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)、阿尔茨海默病评估量表认知部分(ADAS-Cog)和日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)对MCI患者的认知功能和生活能力进行评估。结果试验组和对照组治疗12周后均可改善轻度认知功能障碍患者的认知功能和日常生活活动能力的积分(P0.05),两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论具有补肾化痰祛瘀功效的复方苁蓉益智胶囊对肾虚痰瘀型MCI有确切的疗效。

Clinical efficacy observation on Bushen Huatan Quyu method in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment of kidney deficiency and phlegm type

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fufang Cistanche Yizhi Jiaonang with the effect of Bushen Huatan and Quyu on the mild cognitive impairment(MCI)of kidney deficiency and phlegm type.Methods 60 patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI)of kidney deficiency and phlegm type were divided into two groups as planned,including the experimental group of 30 patients(Fufang Cistanche Yizhi Jiaonang)and the control group of 30 cases(aricept tablets),according to the method of randomized controlled trial.And treatment course was 12 weeks.The mini-mental state examination(MMSE),the Alzheimer''s disease assessment scale cognitive part(ADAS-Cog)and activity daily living scale(ADL)were used to evaluate the cognitive function and survival skills of MCI patients before and after treatment.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of cognitive function and daily living activity of patients with mild cognitive impairment in the experimental group and the control group were improved(P<0.05).The difference was no sta tistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fufang Cistanche Yizhi Jiaonang with the effect of Bushen Huatan and Quyu is effective in the treatment of kidney deficiency phlegm type with MCI.
