Management art in the process of digital hospital construction

With the deepening of our country''s medical system reform and the rapid development of the domestic information industry,the domestic hospitals have entered the construction stage of"digital hospital".In this paper,the fundamental relationship between the organizational culture and the management level of digital hospital construction were explored from the perspective of modern management theory.And on this basis,combined with practical experience, the application of the specific management methods was described.
