中西医结合治疗先兆流产临床观察

目的：观察加味寿胎丸联合艾灸三阴交穴治疗肾虚型先兆流产的疗效。方法：将120例先兆流产的患者随机分为两组,采用黄体酮针、HCG针、维生素E治疗,治疗组加服加味寿胎丸联合艾灸三阴交穴。结果：治疗组治愈45例,有效12例,无效3例,有效率为95.0%;对照组治愈39例,有效11例,无效10例,有效率为83.3%,两组比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：加味寿胎丸联合艾灸三阴交穴治疗早期先兆流产疗效显著。

Clinical Observation of Curative Effect of Therapy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Threatened Abortion

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Modified Pill of Increasing Foetus′ Life combined with moxibustion in San-yin-jiao on threatened abortion caused by renal deficiency.Method： 120 cases with threatened abortion were divided into two groups randomly.All the cases in the two groups were treated with flavolutan injecta,HCG injecta and vitamin E.But the cases in treatment group were done with Modified Pill of Increasing Foetus′ Life combined with moxibustion in San-yin-jiao as well.Result： The effective rate in treatment group was 95.0%,and that in control group was 83.3%.There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion： Modified Pill of Increasing Foetus′ Life combined with moxibustion in San-yin-jiao has good and reliable effect on threatened abortion.
