呼吸内科病房药物不良反应监察与评价

在呼吸内科病房进行了为期一年的药物不良反应（ＡＤＲｓ）集中监察。２３９例病人中５２例发生了７０次ＡＤＲｓ，ＡＤＲｓ的总发生率为２１．８％。ＡＤＲｓ的发生与病人的住院时间、用药种数及既往药物过敏史等因素密切相关。常见的ＡＤＲｓ为神经肌肉反应、各型皮疹、消化道反应或肝功损害。抗结核药物、抗生素、心血管药物等发生不良反应的频度较高。

Intensive surveillance and assessment of adverse drug reactions in the respiratory medical ward

n intensive surveillance of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)was performed for 1 year in the respiratory medical ward ofthe 1st affiliated hospital of Fujian Medical College. Seventy events of A DRs were detected in 52 patients among the total of239 cases.The rate of ADRs was 21.8% in this study. There was obviously higher rate for those patients of longer hospitalstay,those having more remedies or those with any previous records in susceptible to drugs.The clinical manifestations ofADRs were commonly found in neuomuscular, skin rashes,digestive system,and liver functional damage. The drugs most sus-pected of being involed usually included the following three medicaments:antituberculostics,antibiotics,and cardiovasculardrugs.
