补阳还五汤加减结合西医治疗脑梗死的临床疗效观察

目的探讨补阳还五汤加减结合西医治疗脑梗死的应用效果。方法将脑梗死患者的70例患者随机分为两组,对照组35例给予常规西医治疗,观察组35例给予补阳还五汤加减结合西医常规治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分和全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原等指标。结果观察组总有效率94.29%显著优于对照组的77.14%(P0.05)。与治疗前比较,观察组治疗后各时点神经功能缺损评分均降低(P0.05)。观察组经治疗15 d后全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原均明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论在西医治疗的基础上,采用补阳还五汤加减治疗急性脑梗死有促进脑神经功能恢复、降低血黏度等药效,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy BYHWD subtraction combined with Western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the BYHWD subtraction effect combined with the application of Western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 70 patients with cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups,a control group of 35 patients receiving West usual routine treatment; observation group of 35 cases receiving BYHWD subtraction combining conventional Western medicine. Efficacy of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94. 29%,77. 14% in the control group. There was a significant difference in the total efficiency of the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. Compared with before treatment,the point neurological deficit scores at each time in the observation group after treatment were lower by statistical analysis. There was a significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen Observation group after 15 days of treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion In the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,BYHWD promote neurological recovery efficacy. Meanwhile,the blood circulation meridians drugs have anti-platelet aggregation,reduce blood viscosity. Platelet aggregation has depolymerization,microcirculation and other efficacy. This method is worthy of promotion in the clinical practice.
