| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肺硬化性血管瘤的影像学表现。方法 回顾性分析 4例肺硬化性血管瘤 X线胸片及其中 1例 CT扫描检查的表现 ,并与术后病理进行对照研究。结果 4例肺硬化性血管瘤的影像学表现是 :肺周围性边缘清楚的孤立性圆形 (或类圆形 )肿块或结节影 ,密度均匀 ,大小约 3cm,CT增强肿瘤明显均匀强化。结论 本病缺乏特征性影像学表现 ,容易误诊 ,CT增强对本病的诊断具有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the imaging finding of pulmonary sclerosing h emangioma(PSH).Methods Imaging findings of 4 cases of pulmonary sclerosing hema ngioma(PSH) were reviewed.All of the 4 cases had plain chest films.1 of them und erwent CT scanned.The correlations of imaging-pathology of PSH were investigate d.Results The imaging fingings of 4 cases of PSH were as follow :Solitary mass or nodule located in lung with sharp and smooth margin.Computed tomography demonstrated a smoothly marginated,homogeneously enhancing nodule.Abo ut 3.0 cm in diam eter.Conclusion CT enhancement is very improtant for diagnosis of PSH,which is lack of special imaging findings. |
