加味四逆散治疗胆石症62例疗效观察

目的：观察加味四逆散治疗胆石症的疗效。方法：采用加味四逆散治疗胆石症62例,15天为1个疗程。2个疗程后复查B超、CT。结果：临床治愈29例,显效17例,有效6例,无效10例,总有效率为83．87％。结论：加味四逆散治疗胆石症具有疏肝利胆、溶石排石的作用,获得较好的疗效。

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Modified Powder for Regulating Liver and Spleen on Cholelithiasis, A Report of 62 Cases

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Modified Powder for Regulating Liver and Spleen on cholelithiasis. Method： 62 cases suffered from cholelithiasis were treated by Modified Powder for Regulating Liver and Spleen. Among them 6 cases were with calculus of intrahepatic duct, and 8 cases were with common duct stones, included were one treatment course. Generally, the cases with muddy stone and small stone were treated in 2 treatment courses, and the ones with big stones were done in 5 to 6 treatment courses. Recheck B ultrasound and CT after 2 treatment courses. Result： 29 cases were recovered, 17 cases were excellent, 6 cases were effective, and 10 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 83.87%. Conclusion： Modified Powder for Regulating Liver and Spleen has the effect of dispersing the depressed liver-energy to be cholagogue, and dissolving stones to be lithagogue.
