| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法对121例输尿管结石患者采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗。结果121例患者单次碎石率为90.9%(110/121),其中上段结石单次碎石率86.8%(46/53),中下段为94%(64/68)。碎石时间15～120min,平均47.5min。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石具有微创、安全及高效的特点,是一种治疗输尿管结石有价值的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods Transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy was undertaken in 121 cases of ureteral stones.Results Successful lithotripsy was achieved on one session in 110 cases(90.9%),the success rate of the one stage for upper and middle or lower ureteral stones was 86.8% and 94%,respectively.The operation time was 15-120 minutes with a mean of 47.5 minutes.Conclusion Transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy has advantages of being minimaly invasive,safe and effective,which has great value for the treatment of ureteral stones. |
