| 摘 要： | 目的了解护理人员随医院船执行海外医疗服务的真实内心感受。方法采用质性研究方法,运用Claizzi分析法,对9名执行过海外医疗服务的护理人员进行深入访谈。结果提炼出3个主题:护理人员任务初期存在自豪感与兴奋感、任务中期存在一定的心理压力、任务后期存在疲惫感与成就感。结论相关部门应为护理人员提供温馨的心理支持、完善系统的岗前培训、着力合理的抗晕训练,以利于护理人员圆满完成海外医疗服务任务。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the feelings of nurses implementing overseas medical services in hospital ship. Method Nine nurses implementing overseas medical services in hospital ship were interviewed in - depth and data were analyzed by Claizzi analysis method. Results Three themes were extracted, including coexistence of pride and excitement in the early stage, psychological stress in medium stage, coexistence of tired and accomplishment in late stage. Conclusion It is suggested to provide intimate psychological support, systematic pre job training, reasonable anti - motion training for nurses so as to complete the overseas medical services successfully. |
