摘 要: | 目的对比中心供氧终端氧气插孔消毒前后细菌污染情况,制定消毒管理办法,降低院内感染的发生。方法对120只中心供氧终端氧气插孔用聚维酮碘消毒液气雾剂进行消毒,其中呼吸内科44只、神经内科40只、普外科36只,分别在消毒前后取氧气插孔内样品进行培养,以活菌生长为污染标准。结果120只中心供氧终端氧气插孔消毒前后的污染率分别为,消毒前:呼吸内科79.54%、神经内科82.50%、普外科80.55%,平均污染率80.83%,消毒后:呼吸内科6.81%、神经内科5.00%、普外科5.55%,平均污染率5.83%。消毒前后的污染率对比差异有显著意义(P〈O.05)。检出的104株病原体以G一为主。结论采用聚维酮碘消毒液气雾剂对中心供氧终端氧气插孔进行消毒,可降低因污染所带来的隐患,对减少患者院内感染有重要意义。

Investigation and comparative study of bacterial contamination before and after disinfection on oxygen jacks terminal of hospital central oxygen supply |

Abstract: | Objective To compare the bacterial contamination in the center of the front and rear jacks oxygen sup- ply terminal before and after disinfection by the disinfection among 120 oxygen jacks of central oxygen supply termi- nal in our department of respiratory medicine, neurology and general surgery. Method 120 oxygen jacks of central oxygen supply terminal in our hospital in were disinfected with povidone iodine (PVP-I) aerosol disinfectant inclu- ding 44 oxygen jacks in respiratory medicine department, 40 in neurology and 36 in general surgery department. The samples were taken from oxygen jacks before and after disinfection, and cultured respectively. The contaminated standard was considered as growth of living bacteria. Result The contamination rates of 120 oxygen jacks of central oxygen supply terminal before and after disinfection were 79.54 % in respiratory medicine, 82.50~ in neurology de- partment, and 80.55 ~ in general surgery respectively, with an average contamination rate of 80.83 ~ before disin- fection. After disinfection, the contamination rates were 6.81% in respiratory medicine department, 5.00 % in neu- rology department, and 5.55~ in general surgery department respectively, with an average contamination rate of 5.83~. The contamination rates were contrasted before and after disinfection, with a statistically significant differ- ence(P~0.05). The 104 strains of isofested pathogens underwent bacterial identification, and found to be major in G- bacteria. Conclusion The oxygen jacks of central oxygen supply terminal were disinfected using povidone-iodine (PVP-I) aerosol disinfectant. This method could reduce the risks caused by contaminations, with an important sig- nificance in the improvement of patient's survival and recovery capabilities. |
