240例无痛人工流产术临床观察

目的 观察米索前列醇联合异丙酚用于无痛人工流产术的临床效果.方法 240例实行无痛人工流产的早孕患者随机分为2组.观察组：术前2 h口服米索前列醇400 μg;对照组：术前不服任何药物.术中静推异丙酚2.0-3.0 mg/kg,必要时追加麻醉药.观察受术者宫口松弛情况、术中出血量、麻醉效果、手术时间.结果 2组间的宫口松弛、术中出血量、麻醉效果、手术时间比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）.结论 米索前列醇联合异丙酚用于无痛人工流产术,可提高麻醉效果,减少异丙酚术中用量.

Clinical Observation on 240 Cases of Painless Induced Abortion Operation

Objective To observe the clinical effect of painless induced abortion operation by misopr-ostol with propofol. Methods 230 patients of early pregnancy which are performed painless induced a-bortion are divided into two groups. Among them the patients in A group take misoprostol 400ug orally 2 h before operation; Patients in B group don not take any medicine. During the operation propofol 2.0 3.0 mg/kg is intravenous injected and when necessary anaesthetics will be added. Cervix relaxation, bleeding during operation, anaesthetic effect and operation duration are observed. Results Significant differences （P 〈 0.05） occur between the two groups regarding cervix relaxation, bleeding during opera- tion, anaesthetic effect and operation duration. Conclusion Painless induced abortion operation by mi-sorostol with propofol increases the anaesthetic effect and reduces the usage of propofol.
