护理干预对糖尿病合并高血压患者的影响

目的:探讨护理干预对糖尿病合并高血压患者的影响.方法:选取2009年10月～2010年5月在本院门诊部就诊的76例糖尿病合并高血压患者作为研究对象,对患者进行早期、长期、综合化和个性化的护理干预.在护理干预前后评价患者对糖尿病、高血压相关知识的了解程度.结果:干预后患者在用药知识、饮食知识、心理调试、运动知识及生活护理等维度得分较干预前均有显著提高(P＜0.05)；干预后患者的高血压控制达标率由干预前的28.95％提高至51.32％,而糖尿病控制达标率由干预前的34.21％提高至67.11％,其差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:对糖尿病合并高血压患者给予早期、长期、综合化和个性化的护理干预,可以显著提高患者对相关知识的了解,更好地配合治疗,对病情的控制具有重要意义.

Effect of nursing intervention on patients with diabetes and hypertension

Objective：To discuss the methods and effect of clinical nursing on patients with diabetes and hypertension. Methods：76 patients with diabetes and hypertension received early, long - term, integrated and individualized nursing intervention form October 2009 to May 2010. Diabetes and hypertension related knowledge and disease control was compared before and after the nursing intervention. Results ：All the diabetes and hypertension related knowledge of the patients improved significantly after the nursing intervention. The control rate of hypertension among the patients increased to 51.32% after the inter- vention from 28.95%, and the control rate of diabetes increased to 67.11% after the intervention from 34.21%. Conclusion： Early, long - term, integrated and individualized nursing intervention for patients with diabetes and hypertension could significantly improved the patients understanding related knowledge, and increased control rate of the disease.
