护理风险因素上报表在护理安全管理中的应用

目的:探讨护理安全管理的有效方法.方法:对2009年1月～2011年12月期间各护理单元上报至护理部的护理风险因素进行汇总分析,探讨针对性的管理措施,并对干预制效果进行初步评价.结果:2009年1月～2011年12月各护理单元上报至护理部的护理风险因素上报表共1551张,其中护理业务风险1509张,占97.29％；护理管理风险42张,占2.71％.妇科病区429张,占27.66％；产科病区465张,占29.98％；四室(手术室、临产室、新生儿科、急诊室)657张,占42.36％.2011年与2008年相比,危重患者上升了64.77％,抢救成功率无统计学差异(P＞0.05),护理不良事件发生率下降(P＜0.05).结论:应用护理风险因素上报表有助于提高危重患者的护理水平和安全管理的效果.

Application of nursing risk factors report in nursing safety management

Objective ：To discuss the effective methods of control nursing safety. Methods：Summarized and analyzed the nursing factors reported by every nursing unit during Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2011 ,discussed the corresponding control methods and to make tentative evaluation of the effect. Results ：There were 1551 pieces of risk factors reports in all during January 2009 to December 2011, in which 1509 pieces of nursing business risk accounted for 97.29% and 42 pieces of nursing management risk accounted for 2.71%, and in which 429 pieces from gynaecology department accounted for 27.66%, 454 pieces from obstetrical department accounted for 29.98% and 647 pieces from four rooms ： operating room, delivery room, neonatus room and emergency room accounted for 42.36%. Compared with the data of 2008 ,the number of critically ill patients had risen up by 64.77% in 2011, the success rate of rescuing patients had no difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）, nursing care of adverse events rates decreased （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： The appl;cation of nursing risk factors report was beneficial to enhancing the effect of care for critically ill patients and safety controlling.
