长春瑞滨联合顺铂方案治疗乳腺癌术后复发转移的临床研究

目的 观察长春瑞滨联合顺铂方案治疗经蒽环类和(或)紫杉类药物术后辅助化疗的晚期乳腺癌的疗效及安全性.方法 对26例曾接受蒽环类和(或)紫杉类方案辅助化疗的转移性乳腺癌患者,应用长春瑞滨25 mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1和第8天;顺铂25 mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1～3天,每3周重复.每周期评价疗效同时记录不良反应.结果 全组26例病例中CR 1例(3.9%),PR 12例(46.2%),SD 9例(34.6%),PD 4例(15.3%),总有效率为50%.主要不良反应以骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应和静脉炎最为常见.无治疗相关死亡.结论 长春瑞滨联合顺铂方案治疗蒽环类和(或)紫杉类方案辅助化疗后的转移性乳腺癌,疗效确切,多数患者耐受良好.

The clinical study of vinorelbine-Cisplatin combination in treatment for advanced breast cancer patients with postoperative by using adjuvant chemotherapy

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of vinorelbine combined with cisplatin in the treatment for advanced breast cancer with post-operation by using adjuvant chemotherapy including reviously treated with anthracyclines or taxanes. Methods Twenty-six patients of advanced breast cancer received vinorelbine 25 mg/m^2 i. v, d 1, 8 ; combined with cisplatin 25 mg/m^2 i. v, d 1-3 and repeated every 3 weeks. All enrolled patients received at least two cycles of treatment. Results It shows that the complete remission and the partial remission were 3.9% and 46. 2%, respectively and the overall response rate was 50%. The major side effects were myelosuppression, nausea and vomiting, phlebitis. No treatment-related death occurred. Conclusion Vinorelbine combined with cisplatin is efficacious in advanced breast cancer patient failed to anthracyclines and taxanes, and toxicities are well tolerated.
