| 摘 要： | 目的:观察恶性肿瘤患者血浆对肿瘤细胞的粘附特性的差异,并探讨其生物学意义.方法:采用MTT比色分析法,收集72例恶性肿瘤患者、33例同期的非癌症患者及35例健康成人的清晨空腹血浆,做体外细胞粘附试验.结果:肿瘤患者血浆的细胞粘附性显著低于健康成人及非癌症患者血浆的细胞粘附性,后两者之间无显著差别.结论:恶性肿瘤患者的血浆细胞粘附性显著降低,在恶性肿瘤的诊断、预后及转移防治中具有应用前景.

| Abstract: | Objective: To clarify the plasma cellular adhesion characteristic in malignant tumorss, normal controls and non-malignant patients. Methods: Plasma cellular adhesion characteristic were detected by means of MTT coloremetry in 72 cases with malignant tumors, normal subjects and non malignant patients as controls. Results: The mean OD values of cell adhesion were significantly lower in cancer patients (0.061) than in the normal controls (0.081) and non malignant patients(0.07). Conclusion: Plasma cellular adhesion characteristic were claimed to be valuable markers in diagnosis and prognosis, and may also to play a role in prevention and treatment of metastasis clinically. |
