县级区域性艾滋病预防控制的策略与经验

云南省临沧县开展了艾滋病社区健康教育项目和艾滋病预防控制与关怀项目，对县级区域性艾滋病预防控制工作进行总结：1）以充分的组织领导为基础，强化艾滋病预防控制工作，将行政领导措施与具体业务工作有机结合：2）以大众宣教为基础，辅以社区关怀工作；3）营造一个良好的社会环境和氛围，突出“人性”，辅以必要的物质关怀和生活帮助；4）让HIV感染者主动参与艾滋病预防控制工作；5）学校对广大学生与青年开展健康教育。

Strategies and experiences of regional HIV/AIDS prevention and control at the county level

HIV/AIDS Community Health Education Project and HTV/AIDS Prevention,Control and Care Project were conducted in Lincang County, Yunnan Province. It was summed up the experiences of regional HIV/AIDS prevention and control at the county level: 1) to strengthen the program of HIV/ AIDS prevention & control based on the governmental organization and the combination of administrative regulations and specialty; 2) to supplement the community care based on mass media; 3) to set up a good community environment and emphasize the humanism with providing subsidiary assistance; 4) to make the HIV infected people actively attend the program of HIV/AIDS prevention and control; and to develop health education among the students and youth in school.
