非特异性输尿管炎诊断和治疗

目的 探讨非特异性输尿管炎的病理、诊断和治疗。方法 对5例非特异性输尿炎的病理及临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 女4例,男1例,平均43岁。5例均切除输尿管狭窄段,其中3例行端端吻合术,2例行输尿管膀胱吻合术。随访11个月～9年,4例肾功能恢复良好。结论 非特异性输尿管炎是一种少见病,术前易误诊。确诊需内镜检查及活检。早期病变以保守治疗为主,中晚期病变以手术为主。

The diagnosis and treatment of non-specific ureteritis

AIM To investigate the pathology, diagnosis and treatment of non specific ureteritis. METHODS Pathological and clinical data of 5 cases of non specific ureteritis were retrospectively studied. RESULTS 5 patients with an arerage age of 43, 4 femal and 1 male, were diagnosed as non specific ureteritis, whose ureterostenoma were all resected. 3 of them received ureter ureteral anastomosis, the other 2 received ureter vesical anastomosis. 4 patients' renal function were found fully recovered by the follow up after the operation from 11 months to 9 years. CONCLUSION Non specific ureteritis is a rare disease. It's easily mis diagnosied prior to operation. Cystoscopy and biopsy is the most important diagnosing method. Preserved therapy is more advisable at the early stagt of the disease, and operation is the choice of treatment for the advanced.
