| 摘 要： | 目的:总结手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的诊断和治疗经验。方法:回顾52例早期炎性肠梗阻病人的治疗,包括禁食,胃肠减压,全胃肠外营养,肾上腺皮质激素的应用。结果:(1)52例病人全部治愈;(2)平均治愈时间(24±10)天;(3)l例20个月以后因机械性肠梗阻再次手术。结论:采用非手术治疗术后炎性肠梗阻效果满意,并发症少,安全。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the experience of diagnosi and treatment about early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction.Methods:A retrospective study was made on the treatment which included fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,total parenteral nutrition,glucocorticoid andsomatostatin,of 52 patients with early postoperative inflammatory smallbowel obstruction.Results:51 patrients among 52 were cured;The average time of treatment was 24±10days;One case was reoperated 20 months later because of mechenical small bowel obstruction.Conclusion:Non-operatlve treatment is safe and satisfactory for early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction,and the complications are rare. |
