高血压病与冠心病患者血小板表面CD41、CD62p的临床意义

摘    要:目的 探讨血小板激活在高血压病与冠心病患者的意义。方法 测定正常人和高血压病与冠心病患者血小板表面CD41、CD62P,患者分成A、B、C三组,A组为未经抗血小板治疗的高血压病与冠心病患者37例,B组为正常对照组11例,C组为经抗血小板药治疗的高血压与冠心病患者28例。均取晨空腹静脉血3ml,用FACSCalibur流式细胞仪分析。结果A组CD41、CD41荧光强度和CD62p均高于B组(P<0.05),C组的CD41、CD41荧光强度、CD62p均低于A组(P<0.05)。高血压病组与冠心病组的相关指标比较无显著性差异。结论 高血压病与冠心病患者的血小板活化和激活增强,而抗血小板药物(阿司匹林或抵克立得)能抑制血小板激活。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical significance of platelet activation in essential hypertension and coronary heart disease patients. Method patients were divided into three groups . group A included 25 essential hypertension patients and 12 coronary heart disease (CHD) patients without anti-platelet therapy, group B was control group including 11 normal persons, group C included 13 essential hypertension patients and 15 coronary heart disease patients treated with anti-platelet therapy (aspirin 0. 1-0. 3 qd or ticlopidine 0. 25 qd/bid, 2 - 4 weeks). Above mentioned essential hypertension and coronary heart disease patients were divided into two groups, respectively. Age and sex were matched a-mong the groups. The patients' morning fast venous blood was collected and assayed by FACSCalibur flow cytometer. Results The fluorescence intensity of CD41, CD41 and CD62p in group Awere significantly higher than those in group B (P<0. 05) while the values in group Cwere significantly lower than those in group A (P<0. 05). There were no difference on the fluorescence intensity of CD41 and CD62p, percentage of CD41 and CD62p between the CHD group and essential hypertension group. Conclusions The fluorescence intensity of CD41 and the percentage of CD41 and CD62p in essential hypertension and coronary heart disease patients were higher than those in normal persons. It indicated the platelet activation in essential hypertension and CHD patients was more powerful than that in health people. The fluorescence intensity of CD41 and the percentage of CD41 and CD62p in essential hypertension and CHD patients were decreased after anti-platelet therapy. The platelet activation in essential hypertension was as powerful as that in CHD patients.
