右室心肌梗死与心电图改变

多年来右室心肌梗死 (RVI)在临床报告中不多见 ,但近年来右室心肌梗死逐渐引起广泛重视 ,心电图对右室心肌梗死早期做出明确的诊断 ,对于右室梗死的治疗和愈后十分重要。心电图是诊断心肌梗死的常规检查方法 ,具有简便、迅速、无创、实用价值强等优点。由于右胸导联ST段上移幅度低 ,持续时间短 ,恢复较快 ,异常Q波假性出现率高 ,加之未加做右胸导联或就诊不及时而容易漏诊 ,给临床诊断、治疗带来一定困难。采用心电图V4R导联ST段上移≥ 0 .1mV诊断右室心肌梗死 ,经过统计发现 ,右室心肌梗死的发生率约在 7% 2 3%。

Adopt electrocardiogram V 4R lead and unite ST segment elevation≥0.1 mV and diagnose the right ve ntricular myocardial infarction,through counting and find,about 7 %~23 % of inc idence of the right ventricular myocardial infarction.
