肺癌术后心律失常危险因素的多因素分析

 目的　探讨肺癌术后心律失常的危险因素及其防治。方法　采用病例对照研究方法 ,对 2 0 0 0年 6月～ 2 0 0 3年 6月期间的肺癌手术患者进行调查 ,并对术后心律失常可能的危险因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果　多因素非条件Logistic逐步回归分析显示 :术后余肺预计值FEV1<1L、术中低血压持续超过 10分钟、年龄超过 6 5岁和新辅助化疗是肺癌术后心律失常的主要危险因素 ,术后镇痛是保护因素。结论　对于高龄、术前化疗及术后余肺预计值FEV1<1L的患者应做好充分的术前准备 ,术中保持麻醉平稳、选择合适的术式 ,术后常规镇痛
