| 摘 要： | 黏膜相关淋巴样组织（MALT）淋巴瘤起源于结外边缘区B淋巴细胞，其发病机制目前尚不清楚。研究表明，MALT淋巴瘤具有特征性的t(11；18)和t(1；14)染色体易位及染色体三体现象，涉及MALT1、bcl-10、Fas等多种基因的改变，并且与细胞凋亡有着密切关系。现就MALT淋巴瘤常见的分子细胞遗传学异常作一回顾和探讨

| Abstract: | Lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MALT) originates from B-cell in extran－odal marginal zone. The mechanism is still unclear. There are many researches that indicate : MALT have characteristic chromosomal translocations of t(11；18) and t(1；14),trisomy phenomena,involving multiple genes change,such as MALT1, bcl-10, Fas, et al. And there is close relationship between MALT lymphoma and cell apoptosis.In this paper,we review the cytogenetics aberrations that occur at MALT lymphoma. |
