CD44v6在胃癌及其淋巴结转移灶中的免疫组织化学研究

目的　探讨 CD44 v6在胃癌及其淋巴结转移灶中的表达及其临床意义。方法　应用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白—过氧化物酶 (SP)法检测 3 0名正常人胃组织 ,69例胃癌患者原发灶及其 42例淋巴结转移灶中 CD44 v6的表达。结果　正常胃组织均显示清楚的细胞膜染色。胃癌原发灶及淋巴结转移灶中 CD44 v6表达阳性率分别为 5 6.5 % (3 9/ 69)和 66.7% (2 8/ 42 ) ,两者之间差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,但均与正常胃组织差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 0 1)。CD44 v6的表达与胃癌组织类型无关 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,但和 P- TNM分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移密切相关 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论　检测 CD44 v6基因的表达可作为判定胃癌的生物学行为 ,为预测胃癌的转移以及评估预后提供依据

The hospital of immunohistochemical study on CD44v6 in gastric carcinoma and its lymphatic metastasis

Objective To investigate the expression and chemical significance of CD44v6 in gastric cancer and its lymphatic metastasis.Method Immunohistochemical method was used to examine CD44v6 expression in 30 specimens from normal gastric tissues and 42 from metastatic lymph nodes.Results Normal gastric tissue showed a clear cytomembranous staining,whereas various staining patterns were observed in tumors.Abnormal expressionratesofCD44v6inprimary lesions and metastatic lymph nodes were 56.2% (39/69) and 66.7% (28/42) respectively without any significant difference (P>0.05);but with significant difference compared with those of normal gastric tissue (P<0.05).CD44v6 expression had no relation with the typing of gastric cancer tissues (P>0.05),but had close correlation to pathological grading,tumor node metastasis (TNM) staging and metastatic potential respectively (P<0.05).Conclusion CD44v6 expression might be a valuable marker in assessing the biological behavior,metastatic potential,and even prognosis of gastric cancer.
