| 摘 要： | 本文对36例宫内节育器合并宫外孕进行了初步分析。农村妇女33人(91.7％),其中在乡镇级医院放环24人(66.7％),家庭放环9人(25％);放置5年以上者23人(63.8％)。宫外孕之原因,可能与放环不注意无菌操作及环放置时间较长,导致输卵管炎有关。 |

| Abstract: | This paper analyse 86 cases of IUD combined with ectopic pregnan Cy. Among these cases 33(91.7%) were village women. 24(66.7%) used contraceptive devices in small town hospitals and 9(25%) in their own families. The persons with contraceptive device above five years were 23(63.8%). The possible reason for IUD combined with ectopic pregnancy is salpingitis due to without paying attention to asepsis and for a long time. |
