摘    要:目的 为了解抗病毒 1号单味中草药对流感病毒B的抑制作用。方法 本研究采用细胞培养技术 ,以病毒唑为阳性对照药 ,观察抗病毒 1号对流感病毒的抑制作用。结果 抗病毒 1号半数中毒浓度(TC50 )为 60 53mg/ml ;治疗和预防给药方式均有抗流感病毒作用 ,其抗流感病毒B的半数有效浓度 (EC50 )分别为 8 88mg/ml和 9 2 1mg/ml ;治疗指数 (TI)分别为 6 81和 6 57。结论 抗病毒 1号对流感病毒B的抑制作用存在着明显的量效关系。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the anti-influenza effect of a Chinese medicinal herb-Antiviral Agent No.1. Methods: The cell culture technique with Ribavirin was used as positive control to observe the anti-influenza effect. Results: This drug was found to be a potential inhibitor of influenza B virus in a concentration-dependent manner with a TC50 of 60.53mg/ml in MDCK culture. The EC50 (TI) was 8.88mg/ml when drug was added 2 hours after virus infection. The EC50 (TI) was 9.21mg/ml while drug was added 2 hours before infection. Conclusion: There might be a quantity-effect relation between the Chinese medicinal herb-No.1 and it's inhibiting action to influenza virus B.
