| 摘 要： | 目的]研究木聚糖酶的急性毒性、遗传毒性和亚急性毒性。方法]小鼠急性毒性试验、Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、大鼠30d喂养试验。结果]木聚糖酶雌、雄小鼠LD50均大于10．0g／kg，属实际无毒物质；Ames试验、微核试验和精子畸形试验结果均为阴性；大鼠30d喂养试验结果显示该样品30d喂养对大鼠各项观察指标未见毒性作用。结论]在本次实验条件下，木聚糖酶为实际无毒物质，未显示有遗传毒性和亚急性毒性。

| Abstract: | Objective]To study acute toxicity,genetic toxicity and subacute toxicity of xylanase.Methods]To use acute toxicity test of mice,Ames test,micronucleus test of bone marrow PCE cell in mice,sperm shape abnormality test of mice,thirty days feeding study.Results]Xylanase was a substance with no toxicity according to the acute toxicity(LD_(50)>10.0 gkg).The results of genetic toxicity test were all negative,including Ames test,micronucleus test and sperm shape abnormality test.The results of thirty days feeding study were also negative.Conclusion]Xylanase was a substance with no acute toxicity and showed no genetic toxicity and subacute toxicity in this test. |
