丝裂霉素C在翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术中的应用

目的 讨论安全有效浓度下，丝裂霉素C在翼状胬肉切除联合体自体结膜移植术中的应用，观察对翼状胬肉的复发的防治效果。方法 对54例64眼原发性胬肉者施行显微镜下胬肉切除带蒂结膜瓣转位移植联合术中或术后丝裂霉素C（mitomycin C MMC)的应用，经5－12月随诊，与单纯手术组（27例33眼）原发性胬肉术后复发情况作对比分析。结果 复发率要术中用药组为3．33％，术后用药组5．88％，对照组18．18％，经X^2检验，术中、术后用药与对照组 差异有显著性（P＜0．05），而术中或术后应用MMC的复发率差异无性，均可降低胬肉的复发率。结论 适时、适量应用MMC对有效防止翼状胬肉的复发有着非常重要的意义。

Application of Mitomycin C in Excision of Pterygium Together with Conjunctival Autograft Transplanation

Objective To discuss the application of mitomycin (MMC) under safe effective concentration in the incision of pterygium together with conjunctival autograft transplantation, and to observe the efficiency on the prevention of primary pterygium from relapse.Methods Incisions of 64 primary pterygia in 54 cases were performed with conjunctival flap autograft transplantation. MMC was used in operation or post operation. After 5-12 months of follow up, a comparison was made on the relapse of primary pterygium between the above mentioned group and another 33 pterygia in 27 cases who only performed the similar operation without the application of MMC.Results Relapse rate in the group in which MMC was used was3.33%, in the group used only after operation was 5.88%, while that in the control group, 18.18%. By X 2 test, MMC used in operation or post operation had significant difference ( P< 0.05) with the control group, while the two groups in which MMC was used either in operation or after operation had no significant difference, both could reduce the relapse rate of pterygium.Conclusion It was proved that for effective prevention of pterygium from relapse, it is important to use MMC at right moment with a proper quantity.
