| 摘 要： | 目的根据出入境人员健康检查的特点,探讨糖尿病快速诊断的最佳检测项目组合。方法对3880名出入境人员血糖和糖化血红蛋白检测和血糖复测,进行统计学分析。结果出入境人员在体检中存在着测试前准备不当、漏检和误诊现象。结论空腹血糖检测作为筛选,糖化血红蛋白作为辅助检测,可及时准确地做出诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the best test items of diabetes rapid diagnosis, according to the characteristic of Entry-exit persons health examination. Method Statistically analyzed the results of blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin and blood sugar reexamination among 3 880 Entry-exit persons. Results Improper preparation, missed diagnosis and misdiagnosed came out in the test of diabetes diagnosis. Conclusion Screen by limosis blood sugar test and assistant inspection by glycosylated hemoglobin test will make the diagnosis more accurate in time. |
