绥芬河口岸出入境人员梅毒感染流行病学调查

目的分析绥芬河口岸出入境人员梅毒感染情况,探讨导致梅毒发病增加的因素。方法对绥芬河国际旅行卫生保健中心2004-2008年65047名出入境人员梅毒血清学检测资料进行统计学分析。结果检出梅毒感染者共176人次,年平均检出率0．27％,男性检出率为0．28％,女性检出率为0．26％;梅毒感染者中以31-40岁年龄组所占比例最高,为42．05％;梅毒患者中已婚者占大多数,占93．61％;职业构成以商务务人员为主,占84．09％。结论2004-2008年出入境人员梅毒检出率呈现出逐年上升趋势,应加强性健康教育,做好梅毒监测及防治工作。

The Analysis of Syphilis Epidemic Investigation at Suifenhe Port

Objective To Analyze the infectious status of Syphilis at Suifenhe Port, explored the factors due to the patients increase. Method Statistically analyzed the inspection data of 65 047 entry-exit persons inspected in Suifenhe International Health Care Center during 2004-2008. Result 176 infectors were found, average annual detection rate was 0.27%. The male detection rate was 0.28%. That of female was 0.26%. The number of infectors was main among the group of 31-40 years old, accounted 42.05%. Most infectors had been married, nearly accounted 93.6%. The number of traders accounted 84.09%. Conclusion The detection rate raised year by year from 2004 to 2008. It is necessary to strengthen health education and do well in surveillance and prevention of syphilis.
