特拉唑嗪在治疗老年顽固性高血压中的疗效观察

目的探讨特拉唑嗪在治疗老年原发性顽固性高血压的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的80例顽固性高血压患者随机分成两组,均为原发性高血压。对照组36例使用拜新同及安博诺治疗,治疗组44例在对照组的基础上加用特拉唑嗪治疗,两组疗程均为6周。结果治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,两组相比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后的收缩压与舒张压均较治疗前有明显下降,治疗前后差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组的降压效果明显优于对照组。结论盐酸特拉唑嗪联合多种降压药治疗老年顽固性高血压效果良好,副作用少,值得临床推广。

Terazosin efficacy in the treatment of resistant hypertension in the elderly

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of terazosin in the treatment of elderly patients with primary re-fractory hypertension.Methods：80 cases in our hospital patients with resistant hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,both of which were essential hypertension.The control group of 36 patients and the treatment group of 44 patients were with Adalat and Bonuo treatment.Further,the treatment group used the terazosin therapy.The treatment lasted six weeks.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0.05）.After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased significantly than before treatment,and there was a statistically significant difference before and after（ P 0.05）,effect of lowering blood pressure of the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion：Terazosin hydrochlo-ride with use of a variety of antihypertensive drugs for the treatment of elderly multiple resistant hypertension has good effect,less side effects,which is worth of promotion.
