蛛网膜下腔麻醉与硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产术中联合应用分析

摘    要:
目的:分析蛛网膜下腔麻醉与硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产术中联合应用的效果。方法选择2010年10月-2011年11月来本院行剖宫产的产妇180例,随机将180例患者分成对照组90例,治疗组90例,对照组患者单独采用硬膜外麻醉,治疗组患者在对照组基础上联合蛛网膜下腔麻醉,观察两组患者的麻醉效果。结果治疗组患者的麻醉优良率明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),治疗组患者的麻醉起效时间、手术时间、新生儿Apgar评分明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在剖宫产手术中采用蛛网膜下腔麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉效果明显,麻醉速度快,手术时间短,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of combined application of spinal anesthesia and epidural anesthesia in cesarean section. Methods From October 2010 to November 2011, selected 180 patients who performed cesarean in our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 90 cases in each group. The control group received epidural anesthesia. The treatment group received spinal anesthesia based on the control group, the anesthesia effect of the two groups was observed. Results The excellent rate of anesthesia in treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The onset time of anesthesia, operative time and Apgar score of treatment group were obviously better than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The anesthetic effect is obvious and the operation time is short when receiving combined treatment of spinal anesthesia and epidural anesthesia in cesarean section, so it has important clinical value.
