高效液相色谱法测定青藤碱微乳中青藤碱含量

摘    要:目的:探讨建立高效液相色谱法测定青藤碱微乳中青藤碱含量的方法。方法:采用ODS-C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.01%磷酸二氢钾溶液(用三乙胺调pH至7.8)(40∶60)为流动相,检测波长为262 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温为室温,进样量为20μL。结果:青藤碱在40.6~203μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,线性回归方程:A=9 934.5C+9 839.8(r=0.9999),平均回收率为102.36%(RSD=4.02%)。结论:高效液相色谱法简便、快速、灵敏、重复性好,可作为青藤碱微乳含量测定方法。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of sinomenine microemulsion.Methods: An intersil ODS-C18 column was used with the mobile phase acetonitrile-0.1% potassium dihydrogen phosphate(pH7.8 adjusted by triethylamine)(40:60) at a detection wavelength 262 in an injection volume 20μl;The flow rate was 1.0ml/min and column temperature was room temperature;Results: sinomenine had good linear relation in the range of 40.6-203μg/ml.The average recovery was 102.36%(RSD=4.02%).Conclusion: HPLC is simple,fast,sensitive and fit for the concentration control of the dispersible tablets.
