精神分裂症和双相情感障碍住院患者家属的生活质量及社会支持状况

目的：探讨精神分裂症和双相情感障碍（躁狂发作或抑郁发作及混合发作）住院患者家属生活质量及社会支持状况。方法以精神分裂症和双相情感障碍住院患者的家属为研究对象，进行一般调查表（自制）、简明健康调查量表（SF－36）、社会支持评定量表（SSRS）等检测，并对结果进行统计分析。结果（1）精神分裂症和双相情感障碍住院患者家属生活质量的各项指标均低于全国平均水平，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）。（2）精神分裂症和双相情感障碍住院患者家属社会支持总分与全国常模比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；患者家属文化程度越高，获得的社会支持情况越好，但差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；双相情感障碍患者家人获得的社会支持状况好于精神分裂症患者家属，差异有统计学意义（ P＝0．049）。结论精神分裂症和双相情感障碍住院患者家属的生活质量令人担忧，这可能与疾病的特点有关。

Status of life quality and social support in family members of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder inpatients

Objective To investigate the life quality and social support in family members of inpa‐tients with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder (manic episode ,depressive episode and mixed episode) . Methods The family members of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder inpatients were collected as sub‐jects .The basic research table ,the Mos 36-item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36) and Social Sup‐port Rating Scale (SSRS) were assessed .Results (1) The life quality of psychosis family members was lower than the average in China (P< 0 .01) .(2) There was no significant difference on the social sup‐port between family members of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder inpatients and the norms (P> 0 .05) . With higher education level ,the social supporting situation was better ,however the regression coeffi‐cient was not significant (P > 0 .05) .The social supporting of family members of bipolar disorder inpa‐tients was better than that of schizophrenia (P = 0 .049) .Conclusions The life quality of family mem‐bers of schizophrenia and bipolar affective disorder inpatients was worrying ,which may be related with the characteristic of diseases .
