鼻内镜下低温等离子消融术治疗腺样体肥大43例临床分析

摘    要:目的:探讨鼻内镜下低温等离子消融术对腺样体肥大的治疗效果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法应用随机数字表法将86例腺样体肥大患者随机分为2组,每组43例,以接受鼻内镜下电动吸切术治疗者为对照组,以接受鼻内镜下低温等离子消融术治疗者为观察组。对比2组治疗相关情况及手术并发症发生情况。结果2组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组术中出血量少于对照组,术后正常通气时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组间术后6个月时治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后6个月内的手术并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下低温等离子消融术可在不降低治疗总有效率的同时,有效地改善手术治疗情况及降低术后并发症发生率。

Clinical analysis of43 cases of adenoid hypertrophy treated with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation under nasal endoscope
Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in order to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods86 patients with adenoid hypertrophy were randomly divided into two groups, 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nasal endoscopic electric aspiration. Two groups of related treatment conditions and surgical complications were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups (P>0.05), while the amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the duration of the normal ventilation and hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after 6 months of operation (P>0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 6 months, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionLow temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation can not reduce the total effective rate of treatment, and at the same time, effectively improve the operation and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
