鹰嘴钩钢板与张力带钢丝治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的疗效评价

目的评价鹰嘴钩钢板和张力带钢丝治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的疗效。方法采用两种方法治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折36例,其中鹰嘴钩钢板16例,张力带钢丝组20例。随访2至24月(平均17.6月),根据术后X线片和关节功能恢复情况评定疗效。结果平均骨折愈合时间7周。鹰嘴钩钢板组优13例,良2例,可1例。张力带钢丝组优18例,良2例;两种治疗方法临床效果无统计学差异。结论鹰嘴钩钢板与张力带钢丝一样是治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折较理想的有效方法,可针对骨折类型的不同而选择使用。

Evaluation on the Effect of Olecranon Hook Plate and Tension Band Wire in the Treatment of Olecranon Fracture

Objective To evaluation on the effect of olecranon hook plate and tension band wire in the treatment of olecranon fracture. Methods 36 cases with olecranon fractures were treated with olecranon hook plate (16 cases) and tension band wire (20 cases) and their effects were evaluated by X-Ray and recovery of joint function post operation. Results following up from 2 to 24 months (averaged 17.6 months); the average union of fracture time was 7 week. In olecranon hook plate group, the curative effect of 13 cases was best, 2 good and 1common. In tension band wire group, 18 best, and 2 good. The curative effect of two treatments had no significant statistics difference. Conclusion Olecranon hook plate, the same as tension band wire, is a reliable and rational way for olecranon fracture.
