贲门癌侵犯胃裸区的CT表现及临床意义

目的探讨贵门癌侵犯胃裸区的CT表现和临床意义。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的56例贲门癌CT表现,观察贲门癌侵犯胃裸区的CT表现特征。结果56例贲门癌侵犯胃裸区有43例,达76.8％。43例中33例（767％）表现为胃裸区软组织肿块,10例（23．3％）表现为类圆形肿大淋巴结。结论解剖特点和淋巴引流是贲门癌易侵犯胃裸区的重要原因,且提示预后较差。贲门癌的CT检查有助于全面判断胃裸区有无累及、术前方案的制定和术中对瘤灶、淋巴结的探查和处理。

CT manifestation and the clinical value of the carcinoma of gastric cardia involving the bare area

Objective To investigate CT manifestation of carcinoma of gastric cardia involving bare area and the clinical value. Methods Manifestation of computed tomography (CT) of 56 cases of carcinoma of gastric cardia was evaluated with surgical pathology. Results The bare area of 43 cases of 56 cases of carcinoma of gastric cardia were encroached by tumors, The soft mass was found in 33 cases (33/43,76.7%). The incidence rate of lymph node metastasis was 23.3%(10/43). Conclusion The characteristic of bare area of gastric cardia and the route of lymph are the important reason of involving bare area and inducing poor prognosis of carcinoma of gastric cardia. The CT of carcinoma of gastric cardia may be help to show bare area and make operation project and enhance the effect of therapy.
