冷刀宫颈锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变109例分析

目的：探讨宫颈锥切术对宫颈上皮内瘤变的诊治价值。方法：回顾分析我院2007年1月-2007年12月因宫颈病变细胞学检查阳性及阴道镜下活检为宫颈上皮内瘤变的患者109例行冷刀宫颈锥切术。结果：宫颈锥切术后病理诊断完全符合58例（53.2%）,不符合51例（46.8%）,其中病理级别升高占18.01%（19/105）,病理级别下降占28.70%（31/108）,病理早期浸润癌2例,二次行广泛子宫切除术（1.83%）,CINⅢ累腺合并功血、多发子宫肌瘤或微小浸润癌13例（11.93%）,行筋膜外全子宫切除术。94例患者保留了生育功能,随访12-18个月中无1例发现宫颈细胞学检查异常,有2例已经妊娠,目前无先兆流产症状。结论：冷刀宫颈锥切术对宫颈上皮内瘤变是一种理想的治疗手段,具有安全、治愈率高、术后并发症少、保留生育功能、及早防治宫颈癌等优点。

109 Cases Clinical Analysis of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia with Cold Knife Conization(CKC)and Cervical Plasty
