摘    要:目的观察综合应用康复疗法治疗LDH患者的疗效。方法选取LDH患者120例随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。2组均采用腰椎牵引、超短波疗法、立体动态干扰电疗法。治疗组在此基础上加用Mckenzie法与Maitlznd关节松动术。结果经过两个疗程后,治疗组有效率为96.7%,明显优于对照组73.3%(P〈0.01)。说明综合应用康复疗法治疗LDH的疗效显著,多种治疗方法联合应用具有相互协同性,能明显改善患者症状、减少复发、提高疗效。结论综合康复治疗LDH是一种较好的治疗方法,其疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of the comprehensive application of the rehabilitation therapy in LDH patients. Methods 120 LDH patients selected were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with lumbar traction, ultra-short wave therapy and stereo-dynamic interferential electrotherapy. On this basis, the treatment group was added Mckenzie Method and Maitlznd joint mobilization. Results After two courses, the effective rate in the treatment group was 96.7%, significantly higher than that in the control group which was 73.3% (P 〈0.01). The results indicated that the efficacy of the comprehensive application of the rehabilitation therapy in LDH patients was significant, the combination of multiple therapeutics had a synergistical effect, it could improve the symptoms of patients, reduce the recurrences and enhance the curative effect. Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in LDH patients is a good therapy method, its efficacy is sure, so it is worthy of clinical application.
