室间隔缺损合并肺动脉高压的外科治疗

目的总结室间隔缺损合并肺动脉高压的外科治疗.方法全组84例病人均经超声心动图确诊为室间隔缺损合并肺动脉高压,术前经吸氧、血管扩张药物治疗,常规行室间隔缺损修补术,术后防治肺动脉高压危象和低心排综合征.结果全组84例病人中,死亡4例,死亡率4.76%,并发症发生率9.5%,明显低于文献报道.结论严格把握手术适应症,注重术前准备和术后处理可以降低室间隔缺损合并肺动脉高压的死亡率.

Surgical treatment of ventricular septal defect with pulmonary hypertension

Objective A summary was made on experience of surgical treatment of ventricular septal defect with pulmonary hypertention.Methods The diagnosis of ventricular septal defect with pulmonary hypertention was confirmed by echocardiogram.After the pre-operation preparative,ventricular prothesis was performed under extracorporeal circulation conventionality.The prevention and treatment of postoperative pulmonary hypertention crisis and low cardiac output syndrome were payed more attention.Results The mortality and complication rate of all patients were 4.76% and 9.5% respectively, and lower contrast to literature report.Conclusion The surgical indications for ventricular septal defect with pulmonary hypertention were strictly selected, the mortality and complication rate should be reduced by more care for the treatment of preoperative and postoperative.
