小剂量帕罗西汀与曲美布汀联合治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察

目的：探讨小剂量帕罗西汀与曲美布汀治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的临床疗效和安全性。方法：98例FD患者随机分为两组。治疗组（59例）：帕罗西汀10mgH服，1天1次；曲美布汀200mg口服，1天3次。对照组（39例）：单用曲美布汀200mgH服，1天3次两组疗程均为4周。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为88．14％与71．79％。治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。对上腹痛、餐后饱胀、早饱、上腹烧灼感症状改善情况进行比较，治疗组治疗前后的症状总积分较对照组差异有显著性（P〈0．05），而且起效时间明显缩短。患者均未发现严重不良反应。结论：小剂量帕罗西汀与曲美布汀联合治疗FD是更有效的方法。

Efficacy of low dose paroxetine hydrochloride combined with trimebutine maleate in treating functional dyspepsia

Objective：To study the efficacy and safety of combination low dose paroxetine hydrochloride and trimebutine maleate in treating functional dyspepsia （FD）.Methods：98 patients were randomly devided into two groups. Treatment group （59 patients） was orallygiven paroxetine hydrochloride 10 mg once daily;trimebutine maleate 200 mg 3 times daily;control group （39 patients） was given oral trimebufine maleate 200 mg, 3 times daily.The course was four weeks.Results：For treatment group and control group, the overall efficacy rates were 88.14% and 71.79% respectively.The therapeutic effects of treatment group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The symptoms of upper abdominal pain, abdominal distention, early satiety and stomach burn in the treatment group were more improved than those in the control group.The treatment group showed shorter onset time than the controls.No severe side-effects were found in the both groups.Conclusion：The combination of low dose paroxetine hydrochloride and trimebutine maleate is a more effective method of treating FD.
