阴道分泌物1000例检验结果分析

目的：通过对嘉峪关市1000例妇女阴道分泌物涂片的检验结果分析,评估和预测嘉峪关市育龄妇女阴道疾病（特别是肿瘤）的真实发病现状,探讨影响妇女阴道疾病的发病因素;采用新技术,从根本上探明我市妇女阴道疾病检出率低,而发病率高的原因。方法：联合妇科白带涂片多项检查快速染色技术（CTB）和病理真彩色图像分析系统,对阴道分泌物进行涂片、染色、镜检。结果：检验1000例阴道分泌物标本,检出病原菌548例,阳性检出率为54.80%;主要病原菌依次为念珠菌、加特纳球杆菌、滴虫;病原菌主要分布在清洁度为Ⅱ～Ⅳ度标本中,非特异性感染304例,检出核异质细胞者73例,经DNA含量和其倍体分析,诊断为癌细胞者8例,最后活检诊断确诊为宫颈癌者7例。结论：妇科阴道病由多种病原菌感染引起。

Result analysis on vaginal secretion of 1000 cases

Objective：To analyze,assess and predict vaginal true current situation of vaginal diseases （especial tumour） in reproductive women,and probe into the morbidity factor of influencing the city woman＇s vaginal disease through the test result of 1000 women＇s vaginal secretion slides in Jiayuguan city. Methods：Vaginal secretion were smeared,stained and microscopically examined by gynecological leucorrhea slide multiple combined with CTB staining and pathology very colored picture analytical system. Results：Pathogen was examined out in 548 （54.80%） cases of 1000 vaginal secretion sample,which was respectively bead fungus,gartner＇s ball bacillus and trichomonad,and which was mainly distributed in cleanness for Ⅱ-Ⅳdegree specimen. Non-specific infection was 304 cases and core heterogeneous cell was 73 cases of 1000 vaginal secretion sample.There was 8 cases cancer cell in which 7 cases was definite diagnosed as cervical cancer. Conclusion：Gynaecology vagina disease infection is caused by many kinds of pathogen.
