| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腭裂患者中耳及听力状况与术后语音效果的关系。方法 将 68例腭裂患者按语言清晰度分为优、中、差三组,然后比较各组的分泌性中耳炎 ( +)及分泌性中耳炎 ( -)。鼓室图A、B型及其他型的病例数。结果 腭裂患者平均语频气导听阈值与术后语言清晰度呈负相关 (P<0 05 ),而不同语言清晰度组间以声组抗检查诊断出分沁性中耳炎 ( +)及分泌性中耳炎 ( -)病例数的差异无显著性。结论 腭裂患者的听力状况与腭裂手术语言情况关系密切,是选择腭裂患者伴发分泌性中耳炎合理治疗方案的重要依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the correlativity between hearing and postoperative phonetic definition in the patients with cleft palate.Methods All the 68 patients with cleft palate were divided into three groups according to phonetic definition, i.e. the first, the second and the third group respectively with a good, intermediate, and bad phonetic definition.Results A negative correlativity between hearing threshold of mean air conductive phonetic frequency and postoperative phonetic definition existed (P<0.05). Conclusion The hearing of the patients with cleft palate, which takes an important role in the select of therapeutic scheme, is tightly related to postoperative phonetic condition. |
