| 摘 要： | Endotoxin is a component of Gram-negative(G-) bacteria outer membrane, which is also calledlipopolysaccharide (LPS). Generally, LPS is in-ducement of inflammation. Kupffer cells are theprincipal defense cells which protect host from en-dogenous and exogenous infections. As importanteffector cells, they also play pivotal roles in thepathogenesis of hepatic injury in sepsis in local andsystemic inflammatory responses.
