剖宫产术后应用硬膜外自控镇痛的临床报告

目的 :观察硬膜外自控镇痛应用于剖宫产术后病人镇痛的效果 ;方法 :将 562例剖宫产病人随机分为两组 ,硬膜外自控镇痛组 3 70例 ,对照组 1 92例 ,自控镇痛组术毕时在硬膜外导管上接自控镇痛泵 48h ,泵内配方为生理盐水 1 0 0ml、吗啡 1 0mg、布比卡因1 0 0mg、氟哌啶 2 .5mg ,以每小时 2ml的恒定注速 ;结果 :硬膜外自控镇痛组镇痛效果显著 ,与对照组相比有明显差异 ,P <0 .0 1 ;2 4h内阴道流血的多少两组相比差别无显著性 ,P >0 .0 5;结论 :硬膜外自控镇痛用于剖宫产术后镇痛显著 ,使用方便、安全 ,可予推广应用。

CLINICAL REPORT OF EPIDURAL SELF-CONTROL ANALGESIA AFTER CESAREAN SECTION

Objective: To observe the effects of epidural self-control analgesia on pain in patients with postpartum of cesarean section. Methods: 562 cesarean sections were randomly divided into two groups, 370 cases in the epidural control analgesia group, in which The patients used the self-control pump for analgesia 48 hr by epidural pipe after cesarean; 192 cases as the control group. The prescription concluded in physiological brine 100ml, morphine 10mg, Bubikayin 100mg, Haloperidol 2.5mg and was injected with 2ml per hour. Results: The effect of epidural control analgesia is significant. The effective rate was 96.2% in the self-control group compared with that in control. Conclusion: It is significant to apply epidural controlled analgesia to release cesarean section analgesia and security, but form of crura venous thrombosis should be prevented.
