| 摘 要： | 采用中压柱层析法提取分离冬凌草甲素,具有洗脱速度快,分离效率高,溶剂无毒无污染,安全、价廉、易得等优点。经重结晶后用薄层扫描法测定含量达99.28%,是一种简便易行的方法。
