| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨与颅神经无关的脑实质内神经鞘膜瘤的发生机理、临床表现、影像学表现、组织病理学特征、诊断、鉴别诊断以及治疗方法。方法：对我科2例罕见病例进行描述分析，并结合文献进行讨论。结果：2例均经开颅手术完全切除肿瘤，病理检查结果为神经鞘膜瘤，并经免疫组化证实。患者均痊愈出院。结论：与颅神经无关的脑实质内神经鞘膜瘤极为罕见，肿瘤的发生机理目前仍有争议，最终诊断依赖于病理组织学检查。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the pathogenesis,clinical,imaging and pathological features,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of the intraparenchymal schwannomas unrelated to cranial nerves.Methods:To describe and analyse two rare cases in our department and discuss the two cases combined with the published reports.Results:The tumors of the two cases were totally resected through craniotomy,the pathological examination revealed schwannomas,they were comfirmed by the immunohistochemical staining.Both the two patients were discharged without neurological deficit.Conclusion:The intraparenchymal schwannomas unrelated to cranial nerves are extremely rare,the pathogenesis of the tumor still remains dispute.the final diagnosis depends on the pathological examination. |
